Relaxation exercise

Class,

I wanted to share my experiences with the Journey on Relaxation exercise. I felt very relaxed the more I listened to the recording. After the recording was over, I felt more calm and I was able to perform better at my job and be more relaxed at home. I have now incorporated this into my daily routing and it working well.

    That's great that you've incorporated it into your life. I keep saying I'm going to listen to it again, but I haven't taken the time. I meditate every night. It is truly amazing what our minds can do. I've found that I deal with stress so much better after years of yoga and meditation. I think that meditation or any type of mind/body exercise is crucial to our happiness and well being.

    Im glad you enjoyed the CD. My alarm clock plays different sounds including birds, waves, and a storm. It was purchased for me over 12 years ago before I was into the health and wellness like I am now. I can"t wait to add this in along with that to my "hearing" collection.

    Awesome that you have found something that will help you to relax- that can be an important part of the day we forget. I have downloaded some wave sounds and wind sounds on my iPod for relaxing on the go!

  4. That is excellent that you benefited so much from this exercise. Is this your first time meditating or do you meditate a lot? It is also great that you practice this as it can benefit you in so many areas from the strengthening of the mind, body, spirit and even helps with stress, sleep and pain.
